The end of the year is always fun, on this holiday I want to make a lunch dish for my beloved family, I will make a typical Acehnese soup dish, made from spices. I gave it the name Aceh curry sauce.
This time, the tuna fish will be a complement to the typical Acehnese curry sauce that I make.I have cleaned 2 kg of tuna fish. I want to take certain parts such as the head, tail, and belly of the fish to be the main ingredients in my dish this time.
I am very happy to share with you, I hope you like the Acehnese curry sauce recipe (Kuah Teucrah), that's the name of this dish in Acehnese.

Ingredients A
- 2 kilos of tuna, I took the head, stomach and tail.
- 3 slices of lemon juice
Ingredients B
- 8 sunti fruit acids.
- 5 cayenne peppers.
- 4 shallots
- 3 cloves garlic.
- 6 dried red chilies
- One and a half finger length of turmeric
- Coriander half a teaspoon
- Black cumin a quarter teaspoon.
- 3 tablespoons of coconut that has been measured
Ingredients C
- 1 clove of red onion, sliced
- Half a piece of ginger sliced.
- Curry leaves Enough
- Pandan leaves to taste.
- Gapu laga, star anise, cinnamon.

- Sufficient cooking oil (sautéing)
- Half a coconut.

step 1
Take 3 sliced lemon cloves, squeeze them into the fish, add salt, then mix evenly into the cleaned fish, this time I used tuna, marinate the fish briefly with Salt and lemon juice.

Take the coconut then I scrub it, then blend it and squeeze it, until it produces pure coconut milk, as much as one medium-sized bowl. As shown in the picture.Set aside.
Step 3
Take ingredients B except dried red chilies, then put them in a blender, blend until they become a smooth spice, then set aside. Take the dried red chilies, soak them briefly in warm water, then wash them clean, then blend them.
How to cook
- Take a frying pan, heat cooking oil
- Add ingredients C and saute until fragrant.
- Add dried red chilies Which has been blended.
- Then add the blended ingredients B.Stir fry until fragrant.Wait until the spices boil.
- Add the marinated fish.Stir until well blended.
6.Cook until the spices are absorbed into the fish. - When it boils, add coconut milk. Add salt to taste.
- Cook until done, Cook until boiling and cooked. Ready to serve..
