"Recipe of the Day, Week No. 53: (Jollof Pasta)”
Hi friends,
It's been a long time since I last shared my daily recipe. I am so glad to be here once again sharing my daily recipe.
So today, I prepared jollof pasta. I usually don't like pasta without some veggies. The veggies makes it look mor appetizing and yummy. Pasta is a general type of food eaten in every part of the world so I guess you are so familiar with it.
Alright, let's get down to business...
Jollof Pasta Recipe
• Pasta
• Tomatoes
• Oil
• Crayfish
• Pepper
• Spices
• Veggies
• Any protein (Optional)
Steps
• Set water on fire using a clean pot. You can break the pasta to the size you desire and add salt to the water on fire and allow to boil.
• Now, pour in the pasta and stir round. Stir very well t avoid it sticking together. Cook the pasta for just 30 mins. Don't over cook. When it's done, you can sieve the water out and set aside.
• In another clean pot, add oil, and then add your sliced onions. Fry a little and then add the tomatoes paste and crayfish, then stir.

• You can go ahead to add all other ingredients and stir completely. You can decide to add a little water ot not, then stir and taste for salt. Make sure the taste is amazing, then cover the pot to boil.

• Check the sauce now and pour in the pasta and stir very well, sice the pasta is already cook, you don't have to cook it again, just mix it together with the sauce. Make sure they are mixed together to avoid having two colors in one pot.
• You can add in the veggies. Don't cook, just add in the veggies and stir. Stir well and bring it down

• Our special jollof pasta is ready to be served. You can serve with any protein of your choice. I fried an egg, so I guess we can eat this special delicacy with any drink or water, preferable water.
