1.- Tell us how were the meals in December, did you have excesses in food, sweets, drinks with respect to the other months? Do you feel that you have a few extra kilos?


December is one last month of the year. In a month when I know everyone is eating good food, it is normal. Various events, different arrangements, picnics, everything is celebrated in December. As happened to me, we had a holiday in December and we went on trips and ate beautiful food. I ate too much of delicious food.

It was very difficult to control myself. Also, when I'm at work, my body weight is at a normal level. I follow a policy and play sports due to which body weight is at a normal level. When I took a vacation of about 10 to 12 days in December. Then I saw that I had gained more weight than before. So the December meal was a little too much.

The beginning of the year means reaching my goal of being implemented in a new way of life. Just as I plan my work, I also plan my physique. And at the same time, I am taking precautions about my health. I am following different methods starting from various health tips. Different Benefits of Different Vegetables I'm trying to eat them.

The way Christmas rejoiced was with food habits and various reasons. How in those days I was also in the luxury of eating at various picnic meals. Which caused me to have a little more overhealth. Now that I eat healthier foods due to which the weight is coming back to normal than I used to be, I eat a variety of beneficial foods to compensate for the loss of health and getting used to sports and exercise.

  • I want to start anew this January, just as I was before. Like I like to eat bread in the morning, as well as poached eggs and tea. Besides, it is better to have noodles as well. If I have seen four items but eating small amounts is the most beneficial for me.

  • As a lunch, I want to start anew in the same way as I had left before. As you can see in the picture, I also kept water, where there were liquid foods and vegetables and non-vegetarian fish. I like it and it's very helpful. Vegetables are the best foods to eat and which are nutritious in protein. And this or that type of food and I always want to follow, it is not excessive but taking food at a normal level.

  • I try to make dinner a little lower than at noon, that is, a little less liquid. Khichdi is cooked here i.e. cooking a quantity of vegetables and cooking different things with the necessary spices with rice seems dear to me. So eating a small amount of something I have is beneficial for me at night and I am healthily fit.

We are human beings, we are hungry and have some favorites of different foods that tempt people. I like to eat a lot of things, but I do not eat them due to health problems and harm. And here are some advice to read from these and the names of this temptation.

  • First of all, too much of anything is not good. Again, low quality is not good in anything. That is why we should always resort to normal levels.

  • It is better to stay away from foods that are harmful to health.

  • The important thing is to always pay attention to food. Know about the amount of harm in any food and which food is beneficial.

  • Taking care of your body, assessing what your body will be like for the future. Then think once before falling into the temptation of food.

  • Finally, one piece of advice is to take care of your body and love your health, which will make you the most important and beneficial. Only you know where you are healthy.

Me ha encantado leer tu participación, ya que este tema no es solo de chicas, también los chicos se ven afectados por los exceso de las fiestas Decembrinas, que bueno que te mantengas en actividad física esto nos ayuda mucho am mantener nuestro peso, además por salud. Un excelente menu nos compartes para mantener control de nuestro peso, y si una excelente estrategia es mantenerlos alejados de esas comidas que nos hacen daño sobre todo los dulces, así mismo como amar nuestro cuerpo nos hace tener mucha fuerza de voluntad para cuidarnos.
