First of all, I thanked the Steemit-IronChef community for organizing this ''Contest: Recipe of the Day''This community brings such a simple and fun contest. I am pleased to participate in this contest. I liked this contest, so I am getting a lunch recipe here today. Today I will share with you the complete recipe of how to cook kachu leaf, So let's start.
Everything I need for cooking.
- Kochu leaf
- prawns
- chapa shutki
- shathkora
- onion paste
- garlic paste
- turmeric powder
- chilli powder
- salt
STEP1
First, cut the green leaves into small pieces. It is better to wash the raw leaves after cutting them. After soaking well in water, I washed the raw leaves two or three times and cleaned them. Hands are very itchy after washing raw leaves. So I washed the leaves clean with gloved hands. This time I put all the leaves in a clean container in the oven. First I just meshed the leaves. I did not add any spice to it.

When the leaves are half cooked, I add the masala. Take turmeric, onion, garlic and salt together on a small plate. I have cut pieces around with you. This time all the masalas are left together in a half-boiled lot. Then I mixed all the spices. After applying the spices, cover and cook in the oven for some time.

This time the shrimp are washed and cleaned in a bowl. I put the prawns in the curry. After adding the prawns, I stirred the kachupata curry well.

Then I took three chapa dry in a pot. I have taken the cuties here according to my curry measurements. A little more and more can be given here. Anyway, I washed and cleaned the chutkis and added them to the curry. This time I covered the pan with a lid and reduced the heat of the stove. The more fake this curry is, the tastier it gets. I reduced the heat on the stove and stirred frequently until the water in the green leaves dried up.
STEP5
When the curry water has completely dried up, the stove fire is extinguished. Now put some oil in another bowl and add chopped onion and garlic. I fried onion and garlic after some time. When the chopped onions and garlic turn brown in color, I pour this mixture into the kuchu curry. After pouring the mixture into the curry, I covered it by shaking it well.
This is the final look of my recipe. I took some curry in a bowl and decorated it with onion and green chillies. Then I took a picture. I took a selfie with the bowl of curry in my hand to share with you.
