Jamai Pitha Recipe.

As usual today I am here to share my work with you. Today I have come up with a recipe. Today's recipe is jamai pitha recipe. To make this pitha you have to add eggs with rice powder. This pitha fried in oil is very delicious to eat. I will discuss and show you how to make this recipe in detail.

Atap rice powder2 cups
sugar1 cups
egg1 pitch
water1 cups
salt1 tsp
the oil1 cups

  • Steep:01

Take sugar in a bowl. Sugar should be mixed with a little warm water. Mix the amount of water and sugar in a container.

Take atap rice powder in a bowl. Sugar and water should be mixed in a bowl with enough rice powder. Care must be taken not to make the batter too thick or too thin. Once the ball is formed, a raw egg should be broken into it. Mix well with a medium spoon.

Place the pan in the oven. If you put heat on the stove, the pan will be hot. When the pan is hot, add oil. If you put half the oil in the pan, the pita will completely sink in the oil. But if you take a small pan, you need less oil.

The iron mold for making pita should be immersed in the hot oil of the pan for some time. The mold should be removed when it is fairly hot.

Half dip the warm mold into the batter. If the round mold is placed in hot oil, the pita will be formed and the pita will release the mold. After releasing the mold, keep heating the mold again in hot oil.

**The pita should be fried nicely in oil. After about some time, the pitha should be turned over so that the lower part does not burn. Remove the pita from the hot oil as soon as it turns light brown.

When the pitas are fried, they should be taken out in a bowl. After taking them out of the bowl, they are ready to eat. Very delicious jamai pitha.
