Hello dear Chefs! It is nice to be back here. I would love to show you my recipe for Potato Porridge. It is very simple. For this recipe, I used the sweet potato.

INGREDIENTS

• Sweet potato
• Green Vegetable
• Pepper
• Salt
• Seasoning Cubes
• Onions
• Crayfish
• Dried fish
• Palm oil

COOKING PROCEDURE

I peeled, washed and cut potato into smaller pieces.

I placed it on fire and allowed it to boil

I added my chopped onions, ground pepper, salt, seasoning cubes, crayfish and dried fish. I allowed it to boil for a few minutes.

I added palm oil and let it stay on fire for a few minutes

I added the vegetable and took it off the heat immediately because some nutrients die when heated.

WHY SHOULD YOU EAT SWEET POTATO PORRIDGE?
