One of the healthiest veggies is broccoli. You might not be aware of all of its advantages. Broccoli will help you keep hydrated and enhance your cognitive abilities. It contains a lot of calcium, iron, protein, and fiber.

INGREDIENTS
💚 All purpose flour 💚 Broccoli 💚Onion 💚 Salt 💚 Garlic 💚 Butter 💚 Butter
Step1 :
Clean the broccoli, cut it into little pieces, and then wash it with water and salt (salt gets rid of any worms or insects that are within the broccoli).
Step 2 :
Take an onion and 10 pieces garlics chop them it into small legnthy pieces, put a pan on flame add 50gms of butter to melt and add the chopped onion and garlics to saute in the butter.
Step 3 :
Add the chopped broccoli after the onions and garlic have been well sautéed, then add the necessary amount of salt and continue to sauté.
Step 4 :
Take a cup of all purpose flour in a bowl, add a cup of weter and mix them well to make milk
Step 4 :
Add the flour milk to the pan, add crushed red dried chilli and mix them well and leave it 5 minutes in low flame to cook.
When the broccoli pieces become dull green in color and the aroma came out, mix them well, put off the flame and take out in a bowl.

Now the delicious Butter broccoli stir stew is ready. Serve hot with any meals like rice, chapati, bread or paratha.
