Let me participate it in the weekly Menu Delicacy. Last Sunday was Father's Day so l want to share my simple meal during that day. We ate at Chowking, a popular fast-food restaurant known for traditional Chinese cuisine that is love by most Filipinos.

I ordered two chaofan (fried rice) with siomai together with halo-halo (shaved ice) for us. We waited almost 15 minutes. It's quite busy because it is located in the center of the city.

Here comes our order. It's hot and smells of a flavorful aroma. It is served on a special plate with a cover. And so it is exciting when you open it. And we started eating. I started with one siomai and mixed it with chaofan. Wow! It's heavenly and delicious. The ingredients perfectly mix and complement each other. And the siomai also got my appetite. It's a little sweet and crisp and satisfying. Then zip a glass of Coca-Cola.

Afterward, the halo-halo is waiting. I mixed and stir all the ingredients: sweetened beans, mixed fruits, and gelatin. And topped with condensed milk, ice cream, and leche flan. A refreshing treat that completed my Daily menu delicacies.
I paid 400 pesos (44.42 STEEM) and it's worth it.
