Any dish made with shrimp tastes very delicious. Shrimp is also added to cooking to enhance the taste of various dishes. Various shrimp dishes can be prepared in a very short time and with few spices. Shrimp bhuna is a wonderful recipe if you want to eat a quick spicy dish with hot rice.

Ingredients:
Shrimp -500 grams
Onion chopped -1 cup
Ginger paste -1 teaspoon
Garlic paste -1 teaspoon
Chili powder -1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder -1/2 teaspoon
Cumin powder -1 teaspoon
Coriander powder -1 teaspoon
Green chilies -5 pis
Chopped coriander leaves -1 tablespoon
Salt -Quantity
Oil -Quantity
🦐Cooking method:🦐
- For the shrimp bhuna recipe, I took 500 grams of medium-sized shrimp, washed and cleaned them very well, and then put them in a large bowl.
- I coated the shrimp with one teaspoon of salt, one teaspoon of pepper, and a little turmeric. I coated the shrimp very well for frying.
- Heat a pan of oil on the stove. Then I spread the marinated shrimp in the pan for frying.
- After frying the shrimp on one side for about 30 seconds, I flipped them over to the other side. When both sides were fried, I took the shrimp out in a bowl.
- I placed another bowl on the stove and heated the oil. I lightly fried the chopped onion in the hot oil. I then used turmeric powder, chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, ginger paste, garlic paste, and salt to dress the onion. Then I added a little water to grind the spices.
- When the spices are well ground, add the fried shrimp to the ground spices.
- Mix the spices with the shrimp and stir them thoroughly. Then fry the shrimp with the spices for 2 minutes.
- After frying the shrimps, add 1 cup of water to cook the shrimps. Shrimps do not take long to cook, so add water according to the amount.
- After adding water, cover the pot with a lid and cook for five minutes.
- Add some chopped coriander leaves and green chilies to the pan after removing the lid. Green chilies and coriander leaves will add a wonderful aroma to the shrimp bhuna recipe.
- After adding green chilies and chopped coriander leaves, cook for another two minutes. Then I turned off the heat and let the shrimp roast recipe simmer for five minutes.
After five minutes, my shrimp roast recipe is ready to serve. Now I will serve my shrimp roast recipe.
