Onion plants have hollow, bluish-green leaves, and the base of the plant forms a bulb when it gets enough daylight, called a bulb. Bulbs consist of short, compressed, underground stems surrounded by modified fleshy bracts.

Wow ..You had gathered a so many information about onion harvest .I want to adds some ,there are many hybrid varieties of onion that are produced from seed through tissue culture that are relatively less tasty. There are many hybrid varieties of onion that are produced from seed through tissue culture that are relatively less tasty. But I noticed that the same taste as desi varieties of onion is not available in others. Thanks for visiting ,Friend
