Iam @hafsasaadat90 with my delicious recipe of ## 'PAAYE" (foot of 🐐 goat or 🐄 cow).To participate in this contest, I have brought the recipe of my home feast and hope to share it. I hope you will like it too.PAAYE is a food that is fun to make in large quantities. And it is obvious that such a large amount of food is made only in feasts. So that all the relatives can enjoy it together. It is a get together in a way, it becomes possible for everyone to meet at one place. Everyone takes time out of their busy schedules to meet and enjoy happy moments. In our family, such gatherings are mostly on Eid. Happens on occasion.
In addition to nutrition, it is also beneficial especially for people who have weak bones. The bone marrow in this food eliminates bone problems in these people and restores their health. So this curry is a great source of strength and power. Most people only buy PAAYE from the market and cook them at home for their children.
But at the same time, those who are suffering from high blood pressure or if their uric acid is increased, they should avoid using this curry. There is a fear of increasing.
Now let's move on to the recipe for our feast.
Recipe of PAAYE
Ingredients
Bones of paaye beef or mutton
Water for boiling
** Spices for yakhni
✅ Cinnamon sticks 5 pieces
✅ Bey leaves 3 price
✅ Garlic 🧄 1 bunçh
✅ Ginger 1 piece
✅ Black cardamom3 price
First of all, boil the PAAYE until it boils, then wash it and put it in clean water and keep it for boiling. And add all the above mentioned ingredients. Cook for 2 hours .
** Species
✅ Red chilli powder 2tbsp
✅ Turmeric 1tsp
✅ Roasted coriander 1tsp
✅ Roasted cumin 1tsp
✅ Onion 3 medium size
✅ Oil f4 frying
✅ Ginger garlic paste 3tbsp
✅ Yougart 1cup
✅ Water 1cup
✅ Flour 2tbsp
**Recipe
First of all, add oil to the pan and fry the onion finely, then when the onion is fried, take it out and make a paste. Now add the garlic ginger paste to the oil and fry all the spices. Add those that were mixed in water and start frying at the same time. When all the spices are fried, add curd to the spices and fry more until the oil separates.
Now when all the spices are roasted, add the onion paste and fry it too.
When the onion paste is also fried, put it inside the PAAYE that we kept for broth and take out , put the bones of the PAAYE in this spice and fry for at least half an hour. Continue frying for an hour, adding water little by little so that the spices do not burn and continue frying until the PAAYE smell finished. Also add the broth of the PAAYE and cook it on a high flame. When it boils, leave it to cook on a low flame for 3 hours. The longer you cook the PAAYE, the tastier it becomes. And the taste is excellent too.
After 3 hours take the flour and roast it in the pot and then mix water in it to make a paste. Now when the PAAYE is cooked well, mix the flour paste in it.
Our delicious curry is ready.
