This name of the competition is untouched, so far in my view no competition has gone by this name. nor similar to it.
I think there really is something in the kitchen that has a magical effect on food. And if we add it to the food, the taste of the food changes instantly and it tastes good too.

The topic of today's competition is rice, indeed rice is something that children, adults, old people, everyone eats with passion. And there are so many varieties, so many recipes to make. It is also made as a dessert, as a savory and as a dip.
Rice is also used as a beauty treatment. Apart from this, it is something that not only humans love to eat, but it is also very popular among animals. Especially, animals that chew grains, chickens, birds, pigeons and similar small birds eat rice very fondly. Rice whether in cooked form or raw. They are eaten with great gusto in all forms.
One of the characteristics of rice is that it requires constant water from its birth to maturity. When rice is grown in the field, its crop is flooded and the crop grows under standing water. Similarly, when the rice leaves the field and reaches the kitchen for cooking, it is also necessary to soak it. When it is soaked in enough water, it is ready for cooking. If so, the amount of water in the rice is kept high so that it cooks properly. And when we eat, again between meals and after meals, there is a desire to drink water. Therefore, if it is said that rice asks for water from the beginning to the end, it will not be wrong.

For kids

For adult
Similarly, the variety of rice is changed with age. It is served salty. Biryani is a special dish in our country which is made from rice and meat is also used in it. But if the rice is mixed with meat in a special way, it is eaten with great gusto.
For dessert or sweetdish
Rice pudding is also very tasty. Apart from this, rice is also used as a sweet in ferni. The cake of rice is very soft and yummy in taste. We also make kheer in our parties. Specially in our weddings. There are so many rice desserts which are difficult to describe. If I begin to describe, the space will be limited and their benefits and uses cannot be explained.

As I have mentioned above, rice is made as salty Biryani I like it too. And it is very popular.
Apart from this, it is also used in rice Pulao, Tahiri, Dal chawl, Khichdi, Chinese rice etc.
I am a sweet tooth, so I love rice kheer apart from salted rice. And I try to make normal rice kheer at home too. Because it is a very beneficial dessert. It also has a good effect on the health of children and everyone eats it with passion, especially people who like sweets.
The Zarda of rice is also made and it is also considered as sweet rice. Sweets, dry fruits and different colors are added inside the rice. It is also a dish that is made at weddings. It is also considered as one of our traditional dishes.
I also like rice Mutanjan very much. Some of the rice in Mutanjan is sweet and some is salty. In other words, you can also understand it in a way that if the Zarda is mixed inside the Biryani and eaten, it gives the taste of Mutanjan. But Mutanjan is specially cooked separately which is a traditional food. Rice is used in Mandi too. Nd it is very popular in people.

I have also mentioned that Biryani, Pulao, Mutanjan, Zarda, Kheer, fFirni etc. are such dishes which are considered as traditional food in our country. And most of the time these things are made from rice. Nowadays, Chinese rice is also becoming popular among people. And people also like to make Chinese rice on different occasions. People also like to make Chinese rice at home. Apart from this, rice dishes which are in the cuisine of different countries are specially made in our country. Such as Singaporean rice. They are layered with noodles with rice which is a novel combination and people love to eat it with great enthusiasm. Afghan cuisine is also popular in our country. Among them, Kabuli pulao is eaten very fondly.
Biryani
Biryani is one such dish that is made with great passion and enthusiasm everywhere in Pakistan. And there are many varieties in it. Bombay Biryani, Sindhi Biryani, Plain Biryani, Teh Wali Biryani, there are endless varieties of Biryani that are made in our country.

I have also explained the answer to this question earlier that I like Kheer very much in dessert. This rice kheer is very easy. It has to stand constantly to cook. And kheer is made with full attention.
Recipe of Rice Kheer
👉First of all, to make kheer, 250 gram of rice will be taken in three kilos of milk.
👉Put the milk on the stove to boil and wash and soak the rice. 👉When the milk is boiled, break the soaked rice by rubbing it with your hands and drain the water.
👉 Now put the rice in the milk and start stirring the spoon.
👉 Keep stirring the spoon constantly so that the rice does not stick to the bottom.
👉 Till the rice is well softened. It is important to keep spooning the rice continuously until the milk softens the rice.
👉 After that, lighten the milk and keep it on the stove to cook the Kheer in the middle.
👉 Now you have to run a spoon in the rice after a while so that the rice does not stick to the bottom and the rice that is left in a big shape also breaks and becomes small.
👉 Add sugar as per your preference till the milk dries up and the akheer thickens nicely.
👉 When the sugar releases its water, keep stirring the rice with a spoon.
👉 And break two cardamoms in it. If you don't like the cardamom test, you can also add essence. And even without it, Kheer is made. Because curdling of milk creates a special aroma in the milk, which people like very much.
I am describing the method of making kheer because if someone like me is a sweet tooth, then he will definitely like this kheer recipe. And they might even try it at home.
👉If you like dry fruits, you can add soaked almonds finely chopped. And add thin pieces of soaked coconut in it too, they also give a great taste.
👉When the rice pudding is ready and becomes so thick that it does not fall down when it is taken out in the plate, then turn off the stove and leave it to cool down.
👉 Have to run the spoon. Otherwise, it will be layer on top of the rice, which most people do not like.
👉When the Kheer cools down, take it out in a dish. And keep it in the fridge. When the Kheer cools down well, serve it by sprinkling finely chopped almonds and coconut on top. Some people like to serve the paper of Silver, it is so beautiful to serving.
