Daily Menu Delicacies Week No. 40 (16-10-2024) // My Favourite meals 🥰🥗
Greetings to all members of this prestigious community and to you who is taking time to read my post. You are warmly welcome to my blog. I'm ready to share with you the three square meals I enjoyed today.
Food is one of the basic need in human life which helps to energize, builds and strengthens us on a daily basis. This is quite true as was designed by our loving creator. He made human to enjoy different meals within 24hours of the day and it divided into three moments viz: Breakfast for morning, lunch for afternoon and dinner for evening.
Waking up today morning, I felt energetic and strong, I decided to enter my kitchen and carry out my normal morning routine and prepare meal for our breakfast.
I like taking the carbohydrates especially the liter once. Reason being that carbohydrates gives energy to run different morning task and still remain energetic till afternoon. Another reason is that carbohydrate meals are simple to prepare, fast and easily digests after consumption.
As shown in the picture above, I enjoy hot chocolate tea and bread because it's good for healthy wise, helps fighting the flu and in proper blood circulation.
My lunch was every woman preference which is rice. Rice is commonest food consumes by thousands and from what I learned in Gastronomy classes few weeks ago, there are lot of varieties of rice and different ways of preparation.
Today, I made jollof rice after returning from a long day and stressful duty. I love eating my rice with fruit, so I used banana to enjoy jollof rice.
The ingredients use for the rice was fresh tomatoes, crayfish, spice, ginger, garlic, seasoning cubes, pepper, scumbia fish and curry leaf. The above combination gave a delicious and tantalising meal.
Welcome to what I enjoy in the evening as dinner. I had other meal in the house but I decided to conclude my today's meals with fruit because of how if feel. I had a rest after launch, I felt hectic with a little blotting and constipation while waking. So, fruit is preferred in this case. I took pawpaw and banana.
Banana and pawpaw is good because they has a great benefit to the consumer. I know that regular consumption of this two fruits in proper proportion helps in reduction of stress, support healthy eye and weight management.Note that this two fruits contain vitamins C, fiber, anti-oxidant ,and potassium. We enjoyed the meal to our satisfaction.
