La Carne es una gran proteína que siempre acompaña a nuestras comidas, la cual la preparamos de varias formas bien sea:

🔹Carne guisada.

🔹Carne a la plancha.

🔹Carne Molida.

🔹Salteado de Carne.

Podemos hacer y crear recetas excelente con esta gran proteína que es de gran importancia ya que contiene muchas vitaminas una de ella es B12, para nuestro organismo, es una gran propiedad nutricional y muy completa para nuestra salud.

¿Cómo participar?

Describe tu pasión por la carne, solo comparte las mejores fotos en diferentes ángulos, no es necesario el paso a paso de la preparación de la comida, comparte si es una receta especial, si la degustan en familia, si la acompañas con arroz o pasta.
