It is a great pleasure participating in the learning challenges but there is a limitation for some of us to participate because the ingredients are not universal. I think the learning course should be focus on universal topics to encourage participation from different countries.

We totally agree with you that each of the learning challenges must be universal and not have any type of limitations so that many users can join either to learn or reinforce their knowledge. However, we think that the challenge of this week has Gelatin as its star ingredient, which is a universal ingredient that even has its World Day which is celebrated on April 2nd of each year. From what you mention, is this ingredient not available in your country? If so, we apologize because we consider that this product could be obtained anywhere in the world.
Gelatin is not available in my country, the reason why I said its a limitation for me to participate. Thank you for the feedback.
