Today I am writing about an interesting and knowledgeable contest which is launched by @steemit-ironchef all time my favourite topic ""Daily Menu Delicacies Week No. 56"" So, in this post I am going to share my point of view about this topic
Today I am going to share with you all a tasty breakfast made from bread. It is prepared very quickly and does not require too many ingredients. We can prepare this breakfast at home with just a few ingredients. Nowadays children shy away from eating vegetables, so I have made this bread veggie cutlet using vegetables only. The vegetable stuffing tastes very good.
The ingredients we use to make bread cutlets are as follows:
Bread
Two pieces of potato
One piece of capsicum
Two carrots
Some green peas
Coriander leaves
Spices
Salt
Chilli
refined oil or ghee for frying
Method
First of all I cut the vegetables into small pieces. When all the vegetables were cut, then I added a little salt and put them in the cooker and added the vegetables and added half a glass of water to it and put it on the gas. After two whistles, I turned off the gas and when I opened the cooker, the vegetables had become soft.
Then I took out all the vegetables in a sieve, so that their water could drain out. Then with the help of a spoon, I pressed and removed more water, so that bread cutlets could be made. Because if there is water in the vegetables, then bread cutlets cannot be made.
But still I felt that if I put the bread wet, then I might have trouble in making it. So I then put the boiled vegetables in a vessel and then I broke the bread into pieces and mixed them. Due to which the bread absorbed the extra water of the vegetables and then when I felt that a little water had dried up, I sprinkled a little water
And then mixed the bread well with the vegetables. Then I added spices, salt and chilli according to taste. If you eat spicy food then increase the amount of chilli and if you don't eat it, then keep the amount less. Then I added chopped coriander leaves and applied a little refined flour on my hand (by applying ghee) and started making bread cutlet.
The dough for the bread cutlet was perfect and tight, so there was no problem in making the cutlets. While I was making the bread cutlets and placing them on a plate, I put the refined flour on the gas and put it in a pan for frying. As soon as the refined flour got hot, I slowly started adding the cutlets. But keep in mind that we should add only five or six cutlets at a time, because if too many cutlets are added at once, they start breaking and all the refined flour gets spoiled.
I gently turned them over and when they became pinkish golden in color, I took them out and served them with tomato sauce. The children liked these bread cutlets with vegetables very much, so I fed the vegetables to the children very easily.
Special note
Sometimes we have leftover side corners of bread, so we can easily use those leftover side corners in making this cutlet, so this dish can be prepared with leftover ingredients as well.
