Chicken is my favorite. That's why I thought that I should share my favorite recipe with you guys, so without wasting time, let's go to my recipe and what are the ingredients used in this recipe. I will tell you first, as we all know what ingredients will be included in it, so first of all let me tell you that we have to grind the ginger, garlic and green chillies well. I grind them. I have used a pestle and mortar because my mother says that what we grind like this will taste very delicious so I grind all these things one by one well in a pestle.

After grinding, I have kept these things aside and I have taken a separate vessel. I have washed it and put it in it I have put right kind of ghee in it which is not too much just I have to boil it so and with that I have put salt in it and then I I closed it and put it on low heat to boil. The purpose of boiling it is so that when we cook the curry later, the meat will be well decomposed and not raw. So I have boiled it well and now when I have boiled it I will take it out in a separate vessel and separate the water if you want to use the water then rice. etc. but it will not use water again in the curry

And now I will take a separate vessel and in it I have added onion and ghee and now I will fry it for a while and I will see when the color of the onion turns light brown. So we're going to add the spices that we put in a plate on the side of the piece, so now I'm going to mix it and I'm going to stir it regularly with a spoon after I fry it a little bit. I will mix green red chillies salt and turmeric in it and I will fry it well and then after a while when I fry it well then I will add chopped tomatoes in it.

And the advantage of tomato is that it gives flavor to the meat and also the meat decomposes quickly which means it gets cooked and after that I will see if it has to be roasted well I will give it some time. for roasting because if our curry is roasted well then definitely the curry will be very tasty but those who do not roast the curry well but put the meat in it after roasting a little then its It doesn't taste that good so I will fry it well

And then I will add the meat and after adding the meat the right kind of water I have used is the water that was used during cooking. Let it burn and the rest will be our spice and that is delicious. I don't like thin chicken broth, so I made a little spice.

image.pngimage.png

I made only enough spice to eat the roti. Not made inside and as you can see up up our curry is ready so let's go then we eat and delicious curry
