Cooking is an activity that is very enjoyable and especially if we like various types of culinary recipes that exist in our own area, such as those in Indonesia.

On this occasion I will discuss a little about culinary dishes which are very easy to prepare and taste very good too.

Do you think you have seasoning to prepare your meals? Why?

Cooking is one of the daily routines that is often done by anyone and who never misses cooking is for those who are housewives,If we ask them, kitchen spices as cooking ingredients are very important for preparing delicious culinary dishes.

The spicy taste is usually with the chili recipe, the salty taste is with the salt recipe, the sweet taste is usually added with a little sugar.

Who taught you to cook?

Parents are my teachers in learning to cook especially mothers and usually they are not taught in a formal way but we learn on our own and mothers are 100% ready to tell everything.

Do you consider seasoning to be innate, inherited or learned?

Culinary spices with different names, the recipes are also different and in my opinion, recipes must be learned and also passed down.

What are the condiments that you consider should not be missing in your meals to give them excellent seasoning.

Experience and knowledge about cooking, the kitchen spice that is always there is salt because if there is no salt, the taste of the food is bland and does not taste good.

What are the meals that your family likes the most, you prepare them with your fabulous seasoning

My family and myself really like the pepes anchovy dish as we see it today and the way to cook this dish is not too difficult and the ingredients are easy to find in the market.

I am a man and because our routine activities are not a cook, we can be sure that only a few types that we know how to cook regional specialties

From what I have shown to all my friends, I hope that lessons can be learned from what is there.
