Staying hydrated is one of the key element for our health. We can stay without foods for days, but we barely can stay hours without water.

You have made a very valid point in this statement on hitting the importance of water Intake to the body. We can stay without food but not without hydration from water. The lack of adequate water intake can cause difficulties to the body. I’ve expanded and I reiterated this on my post drink of my daily menu

As to google it is just 03days that we can survive without water and guess what, we can stay around 30+days without food. That is insane! 😮
