Hello friends, how are you all? I hope everyone is well. Anyway, I have come to you with a recipe of mine after a long time. I hope everyone will like the recipe I made. This is the recipe for small fish with kachur lati char chori. I like it very much. I hope you will also like this recipe. It is a very simple recipe that anyone can easily make. Anyway, I am very happy to participate in this beautiful competition on the platform and thank my friend @crismenia, for organizing this competition through which we can spread our own experience among everyone. We can easily learn about many known and unknown cooking. Through this competition, however, I have presented each step in a beautiful way to explain it to you in my opinion. If there are any mistakes, everyone will forgive me.
The ingredients needed to make this small recipe are-
Onion, garlic, green chili, fish masala, turmeric, chili powder, salt, soybean oil, kachur lati, small fish, and ingredients according to the needs of the family.

First I took a pot for cooking then I put the chopped green chillies, onion and garlic in the pot and added a little soybean oil then I fried them nicely with sufficient heat then I fried them till they turned red

In the first step I added half a cup of water to the red chillies and onions and added the amount of chillies, turmeric and spices then I ground them nicely

Now I put the coriander leaves in the ground spices then I stirred them nicely with a spoon and mixed all the spices with the coriander leaves then I covered it nicely with a lid

Now I opened the lid and stirred the grated coriander leaves then I added a little water in the coriander leaves then I covered it again with a lid so that it cooked very nicely

Now I put the coriander leaves When the water was drying up a bit in the middle of the recipe, I put the small fish in it, then I covered it nicely with the lid and this is how I almost reached the last moment of my cooking.

At this stage, I am almost at the last moment of my reception. However, after the fifth step, I now opened the lid of my recipe and got a very nice aroma. Then I saw that my cooking recipe was finished. Then I took them off the stove and finished my cooking recipe.

After finishing my recipe, now I made small fish with my cooked kachuri sticks. I poured some of it in a bowl. Then I wrote my name in a piece of paper. Then I took a picture with my mobile phone and thus finished my entire recipe.

Finally, I can say that we eat different types of food for our daily needs and in different ways we can make new recipes and gift them to our family. However, I presented it to you in my own way.
