When I think about olives I always think why I did not discover them when I was a child or teen. I heard a lot about olives and many of people who I knew liked them but there were many who did not like and that all because of the special taste of olives.
The first time I tasted olives was in Mediterranean salad and they were green olives medium size, because there are some large olives or black ones. When I tasted them I loved the taste and the fact that they were salty. The whole taste of salads were completely different with olives and delicious.
Later on I found that there are few Vitamins, but one of the Vitamin that olive rich in is Vitamin E, that is considered to be an antioxidant that is healthy because it helps to prevent diseases of vessels such as heart and brain, prevent diabetes and even cancer. There are also Vitamin A, C and B6 the amount of them varies in different olives.
Oranges are very juicy and delicious fruits, for me when I had first experience with oranges it was time of Christmas and oranges were in presents. I liked the fact that the skins of oranges were rich in juice and when squeezing the skin juice was spraying. We played with kids spraying each other with its juices. Later on I found that these fruits are not only tasty but also healthy and are rich in Vitamin C, which is also stimulates our immune system and belongs to antioxidant.
There are many Vitamins in different berries, let’s start with Vitamin C, because it is one of the commonest vitamin and usually gives a bit of sour taste. The other one is Vitamin E that surprisingly I noticed that is a component in cranberries. Vitamin E is important for healthy eyes. Vitamin B is another commonest vitamin, strawberries known to have much of Vitamin B. Vitamin K you can find in blackberries it is needed for the building of important blood clotting factors and without we definitely will be unwell and suffer from blood disease.
