Assalam o alikum friends welcome to my an another food blog I am @sualeha from Pakistan it's pleasure for me to share my winter special recipe that most popular in Pakistan .... well when the winter is onset the yummy and sweet peas fresh veggies available at vegetable market on it's bloom the short time of winter season in Pakistan we all trying to enjoy it as much as possible in different dishes so today I like to share the ancient traditional recipe of muttar pullao in my blog so guys without ado let's start the easy and healthy recipe with my lovely Steemit friends I hope you all are with me till end , I share here below the complete recipe step by step and complete ingredient list to make easy to follow ....
- Recipe name: Peas, chicken,potatoes Rice
- Serving size :10 to 12 person
- Cooking time :30 to 40 minutes

1/2 kg Peas ๐ซ |
3 chopped ๐ |
1 kg rice |
1/2 kg boneless chicken and chicken cube |
1/2 kg Potatoes |
1 sliced onion |
2 tbs Whole spices |
1 cup Cooking oil |
1 tbs Ginger garlic paste |
6 to 8 Green chillies ,few mint leaves fresh |
1 tbs of Salt , turmeric, crushed chillies , coriander powder |
3 glass of water |

How I made /Procedure
- Step :1
By first I set up all mine and place Infront of my kitchen counter where I cooking that,s most important part before start cooking it's made your cooking stress free , after that I took a pan poured cooking oil in it, when oil became hot added whole spices and sliced onion in it when the onion turned golden in colour I added ginger garlic paste and chicken chunks in it and saute it 10 to 15 minutes.

- Step :2
Now I added chopped tomatoes, potatoes that must be cut in vertical style green chillies and yoghurt in it.

- Step :3
Now on this stage peas and potatoes almost done then added chicken stock cube and powder spices in which red chilli powder, turmeric ,salt and coriander powder.

- Step :4
Now it's time to added three glass of water in vegetables with soaked rice in it and covered it after added salt per taste. Cooked on medium to low flame for 10 minutes in the mean time the rise is completely cooked ,that time added mint leaves and green chillies on the top of the rice it's increase more aroma in our rice.

Final presentation
When the yummy tempting aroma spreading out in your kitchen that means you delicious peas, potato chicken Rice done then off the flame and serve it hot hot with salad, yogurt and green sauce.
