Contest Alert! 1 Picture 1 Story Week 17

Greeting to all steemian from Sri Lanka. How are you. I hope you are all well. This is the first article I will write in this community in the new year of 2024. It is Contest|1 Picture 1 Story Week#17 organized by @suboohi. All of us habitually take photos at various times. There is a hidden past story in every photo taken. So I am going to tell you about such a unique picture that I caught on my camera.

The last photo I took in 2023

When you see this photo, you may not be very special. You think it's just a firework. But not so. There is a big story under that picture. This is the last photo I took in 2023. It will become clear to you when you look at the title. When this photo was taken, it was around 11.55 pm on December 31. At that time there was a lot of New Year celebrations around. Like a war. It was a time of fresh feelings. When I went to the balcony and looked, there were fireworks all around. I managed to capture one of them on camera. That's it.

There were a lot of fireworks at that time. In different colors like blue, green, red, yellow, pink, purple. When they light up, the surroundings light up. Like a wedding. You know that the speed of light is faster than the speed of sound. Therefore, there is no way to know before these fireworks fire. You have to keep a close eye on it and take photos. So it was a bit difficult for me to capture this on camera.

Look at those fireworks. It looks like clusters of red fire are falling to the ground. You can see that the surroundings are lit up in red. It's so beautiful when they burst through the trees on a quiet night with a loud noise. It's as if all the bad things of the last year have exploded and invited the new year. When I took this photo, I didn't think that this is the last photo of 2023. It became clear to me later. In this way, time passes by, adding many beautiful memories to our lives. Even as I write this letter, one of the most important moments in your life may be passing. We can only capture a small amount of those memories on camera. So you also have similar memories.
