Good day steemians. How are you all doing this season of the year? I'm all good and I'm very glad to participate in this contest. I would love to share with you all my own perspective about banks. It is one of the most useful place in the world and we all need banks. Please ensure you read along.

What do you understand by the word Bank?

A bank is an institution where one can deposit and borrow money and take care of financial affairs. It is licensed to receive deposits and make loans. There are different types of banks which are retail, commercial and investment banks. Banks can be owned and managed by the government. The central bank is the overall Bank in the country where money and loans are generated.

A bank is also a place where bank accounts are created, for saving money and other important documents which can't be kept at home. People keep there important files in the bank for future purposes.

Tell us the benefits of banks

We all have benefited from Banks in one way or the other. There are lots of benefits which is why banks are very important. They are👇

• It is an easy way to save money. Savings can be done as we save huge amount of money in the bank which cannot be kept in our houses.
• It is a source in which our money are being saved and protected.

• Loans and overdraft are provided and it makes room for investments.
• There are job opportunities as bankers, cashiers, accountants, etc are needed in a bank.
• Foreign exchanges can be made.

In two paragraphs tell us your banking experience

Going to a bank is a very stressful thing. I've never been there on my own but I noticed some things. The day I followed my mom to the bank, the whole place was crowded and the customer care service was much. It was fidelity bank. Everyone was having one problem or the other.

We stood for a long time when we were supposed to be at the market.I even got tired and I had to rest somewhere but I couldn't because I was standing in place of my mom while she filled her form closed to a table. After everything, I was glad that we were finally attended to and we left the bank at last, heading to the market.
