Graphic design according to me

Graphic design is just like symphony of visual storytelling!

Graphic design is just like canva of unlimited colourful possibilities in which different arts and technologies comes together to give us beautiful images that speaks itself. Graphic designers are those who makes graphic images and they are super conductors which use typography, colors, and imagery for expressing different thoughts,emotions and ideas.

Logos just acts as brand ambassadors in which typography seems to be appears as rhythmic flow. Colors bursts with more energy by giving emotions of warmth and cold like in orange and white colors as an example.

So overall graphic design is all about creativity and creativity knows no bounds. Graphic designers plays their role by transformation of ordinary things into extraordinary things and they communicate those things even through graphic design that are unspoken but images can speak by their beautiful colors and rhythms. Graphic images are those poets that can be visualize and felt through eyes and emotions so these painted pictures speak directly to our soul.

3 basic graphic design principles

These are three basic principles of graphic design;

Balance

This is basically arrangement of some elements in which you may see that there is some stability balance and equality everywhere in image in between shapes and you would not feel any imbalance if you divide image in two parts visually then you would see equality and balance in image. You would not see any domination of any element in that image so it would be achieved when you would maintain symmetry or radial balance.

Hierarchy

When you arrange different elements in such a way that you create an order of importance like you may arrange biggest shape element first ,then little bit small shape and then more smaller so here you are a chewing hierarchy by colour size position and typography which may bring focus of audience to elements that are more critical.

Repetition

When you consistently use elements of different shapes like color, typography, shapes, and texture for creating unity and rhythm. Repetition makes a visual language for making graphic design more creative and engaging.

• Creation of a precise and engaging visual interaction.
• Guiding attention of audience and bringing focus.
• Establishment of a strong brand identification.
• Enhancement of aesthetic appeal of your graphic design

By applying balance, hierarchy, and repetition, designers may create most effective and more appealing graphic designs which may attract attention of audience and for conveying intended message.

A practical demonstration of graphic image

• Open Canva
• Select + located at bottom mid.
• Choose 1080×1080 Instagram size of post.

• 1080×1080 dimension image has been opened
• Change color of image by clicking on color icon from toolbar (As I have choosed black).
• From toolbar check option of elements in mid bottom and search from round or circular shape.

• As I inserted one shape then you can see + shape by clicking on which you can duplicate these shapes.
• I clicked on it for four times for getting four similar shapes.
• I changed colors of three shapes into white.
• Last shape I filled with yellow color so now image that I got is Emphasis.
