Bitter gourd is rich in which vitamins?

Bitter guard is full with vitamins C, Vitamin A and B-complex. These Vitamins are very important for us to stay healthy. Vitamin C boosts immunity and play a role like powerful antioxidant. When we talk about it's other Vitamin A, it supports our eye health and also regenerate to our skin.
B-complex vitamins including thiamine known as B1, B riboflavin known as B2 and B3 niacin known as B3. It help to energy metabolism and maintaining healthy nerves and our skin. The second bitter guard is bitter melon. Biter guard name is given to it because of it's taste. It has bitter taste if we use it without cooking.

In my area this is known as karela. In my house it is cooked in different ways like we cook it with potatoes, chicken, beaf, mutton, daal, and also cooked with filling it qeema.

Ladyfingers are rich in which vitamins?

Many people known it as okara. Ladyfingers is also enrich with Vitamins C, Vitamin A, and B-complex. This is mostly same to bitter guard. Vitamin C that is found in ladyfingers enhance immunity and promotes to the health of skin. As I mentioned above, Vitamin A supports the health of eyes and helpful for dead skin cell.
Folate (B9) is also essential for cell growth and development of cell. It is particularly important during pregnancy. Ladyfingers also provide dietary fiber that keep fit our digestive system. This looks like a fingers of lady, that is why it's name it ladyfingers. I love to eat ladyfingers cooked in Onions. In our area this is cooked with chicken, mutton and beaf but not in potato.

Pistachio are rich in which vitamins?

Pistachios are enrich with Vitamins B6, Vitamins E and Vitamins K. These are very essential for us. Vitamin B6 make strong the health of brain hormone and help to regulate of red blood cell production. Vitamin E act like a powerful antioxidant. It protects to cells from damage and and also promote healthy skin. Vitamin K plays very important role in blood clotting and make to bones strong. Pistachios is my favourite dry fruit and I eat it in Winter season.
