Breakfast item in the morning was Nehari and Parota.🍖
I actually try to make a little healthy breakfast in Morning, not always getting out early in a long time without having a healthy breakfast, I went to breakfast but today's breakfast was Alhamdulillah Healthi.According to doctors' language actually breakfast should be eaten at the Morning Healthy and night dinner should be eating healthy too good for our body.Nehri is actually good for our body so this is why I often try to eat Nehari and make it in my house not to buy from the outside, so it is more healthy so we try to eat the nebula at home.And Parota was also made in my house in my house, all the homemade food was today.

Today's lunch item was fish curry, prayer and dal.🍲
We are Bengali, we are always told that we have lunch in the fish , without the fish, we think it is not lunch.Today, the fish was in lunch, this fish is really better frying it is better to cook with vegetables, I do not like it at all.This kind of small fish has a lot of cuts so it is not good to eat with vegetables, it is good to be deep frying and now I am now getting lots of prayer items during the winter, eating salad every day and dal is my favorite food.

In the afternoon snack items were a variety of sweet foods and tea with tea .☕️Here was the oil cake in the sweat items.Coconut Pile,Carrot burfi. Many sweet items do not really like tea after eating tea and tea tests are not really understood but what to do today was snack items all sweets.All the sweet items were made in my house, there was enough healthy to eat, it is really nice to eat an item not even bought from the outside so many healthy.

Today's dinner menu was noodles .🍜
I really like the noodles at any time I love it.I do this almost every time I don't eat rice at night for dinner sometimes eats chanmin.At night, it is not always good to eat rice at night when I do not like to eat rice, I tell me at home that these noodles are made only when I make noodles.In fact, it is very good to eat the nobbles when we do not get the heat of the winter with these vegetables, which we do not get during the winter, so everyone seems to think of the noodles with a lot of vegetables in this tima.
In fact, I have shared everything I ate in my all day list with you from morning to night and I tried to eat healthy food and all my food was homemade.Hope you all look great by watching my food menu.Alhamdulillah my Reservoirs is the food that I had all day today so thanks to Allah for everything I ate.

The day's activities were great. The attractiveness of every food is pulling me but I can't try it. Because I am on a diet now. I am trying to lose 10 kg in two months. If I eat oily food like I am on a complete diet, I will forget my diet again. But I will try and get back to normal after the diet is over. Very beautiful and presented in a great way.
