The world is dark without eyes. Because we see the world with two eyes. Medical science says that the real truth is that we do not see with our eyes. Eyes help us see.
The retina is the only sensory part of the eye through which the visual image is sent to the brain. The retina is a transparent retina by nature, surrounded by many tiny blood vessels. Because of excessive vascularization, the retina of the eye is more affected than any other part of the eye by any physical change. The retina is a thin layer of nerve cells located at the back of the eyeball of vertebrates. During embryonic development in vertebrates, the optic nerve develops as part of the forebrain. It is part of the central nervous system.
Eyes are a priceless resource. Therefore, it is very important to ensure the good health of this important organ of the body. Vitamins play an important role in this. Vitamins are very beneficial in maintaining good eye health. The body receives these vitamins from various natural sources.
Vitamin A is known as the 'vision vitamin'. This vitamin helps maintain healthy eye health. This vitamin improves the function of the retina. We can keep cod liver oil, carrots, mango, ripe papaya, and colorful vegetables in the diet.
Vitamin E acts as a powerful antioxidant. This ingredient protects the eyes from harmful free radicals that can prevent age-related eye complications. Sources of vitamin E are sunflower seeds, spinach, nuts, etc.
Vitamin C Known for its immune-boosting properties, vitamin C also plays an important role in improving eye health. It keeps blood vessels in the eye healthy and can reduce the risk of cataracts. Foods that should be eaten naturally to meet the needs of vitamin C are oranges, lemons, broccoli, etc.
Sometimes without our knowledge and sometimes due to some habits, we reduce the brightness of the eyes or vision. Nowadays most people spend most of their day with electronic gadgets. Which is one of the causes of decreased eyesight. Especially at night, turning off the light and keeping the mobile phone close to the eyes, watching movies or chatting for hours, takes away the vision of the eyes.
Also, Many times people can be injured in accidents and lose all or some percentage of their vision. Many diseases can also make your vision difficult, such as diabetes. As time goes by we age and everyone will experience age-related changes such as we can't see very closely, although seeing. Also age-related cataracts and other eye complications.
