This contest reminds me of when I had constipation for three days I could not excrete like it was so strong , it was so serious that my mom told my cousin and that very day I still before then my aunt brought banana and apple to eat to soften the stool after some hours I went to the toilet and the stool began to come out gradually it was really scaring but I thank God it came out. So let's check it out.

prunes is made from dried plums which contains so many healthy nutrients such as ; a good source of vitamin C, rich in antioxidants.
chia seeds: Chia seeds contain a variety of nutrients including fiber, protein, omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants, and various vitamins and minerals like calcium ,it's support heart health, may also assist in reducing cholesterol helps in digestion and amino acid.
Senna leaves: senna leaves and fruit have been a folk remedy for constipation.Senna is an herb used medically to treat short-term constipation.
It may also have other health benefits, such as pre-surgery bowel clearing and it also treats irritable bowel syndrome.
Aloe vera juice and ginger: Aloe vera is a natural supplement that you can rub on your skin or take by mouth, Aloe latex contains chemicals that work as a laxative. ginger helps in reducing bloating and gas, improves bowel movements.

Sauerkraut: Sauerkraut is fermented shredded cabbage with a tangy, salty flavor. It is rich in vitamin C and K, high in fiber and antioxidants, enrich gut health in digestion.
Fiber rich food: this fibre food prevent constipation and makes you to excrete properly such as; vegetables whole grains , fruits raspberries, orange and lemon.

Banana: Bananas are a source of fiber, which may help relieve constipation it also contain dietary fiber (pectin), which draws water from the intestines toward the stool .
Bananas in constipation are good and feed healthy bacteria to the gut. The nutritional value of banana is well known across the world.
