Friends, you all are very welcome to this post of mine. I hope you all are healthy and safe. Today I am participating in this beautiful competition. The topic of this competition is interesting. I like this competition. In this competition we can make any post related to food. We all eat many types of delicious food every day and also prepare it at home. I would like to thank @artist1111 for organizing this competition. In this competition I am sharing my food diary of yesterday.

Ginger-Garlic Paste | 2 spoons |
chili powder | 2 spoons |
turmeric powder | 1 spoons |
coriander powder | 3 spoons |
Salt | 2 spoons |
Keema Masala | 1 packet |
black pepper powder | 1 spoons |
green coriander | as needed |
Water | as needed |
To make egg mince, first of all we will prepare the ingredients. We have to chop onion, tomato and green chilli. After that, we have to wash the mincemeat well with water and keep it in such a vessel from which all the water flows out and the mincemee gets dried properly.
Now we have to pour oil in a cooker and add cardamom. Adding cardamom improves the taste. After that we have to add chopped onion and ginger-garlic paste and let it fry well.
Now we have to add mincemeat. Then we have to add chopped tomatoes and green chilies. After that we have to add red chili, turmeric, coriander, black pepper and mince masala. After adding all the spices, mix well. Then we have to add water to cook the mince. After adding water, we have to close the lid of the cooker and let the mincemeat cook. All the ingredients including mincemeat will be cooked well.
While the mincemeat is cooking, we have to boil the eggs also by adding water. After boiling we have to remove the peels. We have to check whether our mincemeat is cooked properly by opening the lid of the cooker. Here the mincemeat has been cooked well, so I have taken it out in a pan. If you want, you can leave it in the cooker only. After that we have to mash the eggs and add them.
Now we have to mix eggs well inside the mincemeat. Then we have to add green coriander and let it remain on low flame for some time. So friends, here the Egg Keema Masala recipe is ready. It looks very tasty to eat. It is more enjoyable to eat with chapati.
