Ways to take care of yourself||04/08/2024||

Health is wealth, health is the root of all happiness. We don't like anything if we are not good ourselves. So we should take proper care of ourselves. Not the expensive products we use all the time to take care of ourselves. If you don't go somewhere good, your body or mind won't be good, that's not the case. Nourishment or well-being of body or mind does not depend on consumption of expensive products or travel. It is possible to easily take care of yourself and keep yourself well with a few small habits. Today I will try to share with you completely how I take care of myself.

Healthy diet:- A balanced and nutritious diet helps to feel good mentally and physically. I don't have to do much for that. Start with healthy snacks at home. I eat news at the right time without leaving myself in a state of hunger for a long time. Try eating fast food only once a week and make a habit of it too. But not eating it would be a better decision. Always eat home cooked food.

Eight hours of sleep:- Everyone should and should get a full eight hours of sleep a night. This is a very good and necessary habit in the long run. I manage to get my eight hours of sleep anyway. Set an alarm to remind yourself, if necessary, that it's time to sleep. Develop this habit too. You can notice the change within a few days.

Meditation:- Meditation has been scientifically proven to reduce stress, boost immunity and help with goal setting. Even a five minute meditation once a day can make a big difference especially morning meditation. Morning meditation has many benefits. Many people enroll in various meditation classes for this meditation. I follow this rule every morning. Which brought positive changes in my body and mind.

Saying 'no':- An important part of self-care is setting boundaries around yourself. Don't do things that harm your own life to please others. Learning to say 'no' is essential to life. Saying 'no' to my self-care benefits me a lot. Sometimes we have to stop saying yes. It has brought positive changes in me since the day I started taking it. Hopefully this will make a difference to you too.

No mobile phone before sleep:- This is the worst habit we have nowadays. Which is a cause of serious damage to our body. Mobile phones as devices are complex and very personal. Scrolling through social media has become part of everyone's routine. Once you start scrolling, it's hard to pull yourself out of it. So I tried to charge the mobile phone while sleeping in another room or some distance from the head. Keep the mobile phone at such a distance that it cannot be easily reached.

You have to do your best to take care of yourself. Give yourself as much time as possible. You have to keep yourself in a fair environment. Good habits should be developed. I always try to avoid bad habits and develop good habits. We should all take care of ourselves and our minds. Then we can understand the world beautifully.
