Weekly Contest - Best Diary Game | Harvested Some Young Corn and Fruits In The Province

Hello fellow steemian, friends and folk, inspired to share my diary for today in yesterday's activity.

As a certified province native, when i'm going home to our province and one of my activity was roam around the corn farmland of my parents and help them to get a young corn inorder to sell it on the market and also for food. It is really such fun to be in the province, away from the civilization, no polluted air, away from the crowd of the people, and I am able to smells the fresh morning breeze, experience the fog above the corn plantation, listen to the sound of a morning crickets that whestling upon the ear and capturing the beauty of the blue sky that divides its blue colored to the green leaves color of corn plantation.

Life in the province was just so simple, its way of living which merely have a big differences from the life on the city. Because I was be able to experience this kind of life which others cannot have. The simplicity of being a province man and the beauty of life behind it. A simple life but has a big impact for someones life ways of living. And although I can experience an itchiness due to the spikes of the leaves of the corn, well that's okay and fine! because I'd enjoy for what I've done.

Capturing a photograph of a young corn, its green leaves and pink-orange colored hair are really cool, which give a relaxing and cooling feeling to the eyes, there stalk is perfectly alligned to its stems going to the flower. Which corn pests like insects, worms and beetles attracts to its colorful hairs.

After enjoying the beauty of the farmland, I immediately roam around the fields sorrounding inorder to find another kind of fruits that I bring going back to the city, which luckily I've found a papaya tree which has a ripe fruit. Which it is already my habit that when I was on my province, I'd always roam around. Seeking those fruit bearing trees and when have some ripe one, will its lucky.

And suddenly pick its ripe fruit, and don't you know that this type of fruit is one of my favourite when it is ripe because it can help my waste movement removal, which is a big thing. And in my own research about a ripe papaya, a papaya fruit has really a lot of benefits for the body, it is a yellow-orange fruit with seeds. It is really rich of benefits that includes; lowering blood sugar, reducing inflammation and help to loss weight. Papaya contains high level of antioxidants, with vitamin A, vitamin C, and vitamin E. Diets high in antioxidants and it may reduce the risk of heart disease, which the antioxidants prevent the oxidation of cholesterol when cholesterol oxidizes, hence, it is more likely to create blockages that lead to heart disease.

Wooh! exploring and sharing my life in the province was such an honor, for having a fun and a memorable life.
