A trip that covered more than 100 kilometers with the residents of the complex where I live. Our goal was to visit one of the residents whose parents passed away in Takengon city. We traveled by motorcycle together. Many questions arose when we wanted to travel by motorcycle, even though we had a car. Because we didn't just want to stay in touch with the locals. Rather, we wanted to explore the Gayo highlands with its Danau Laut Tawar. The cold weather in the highlands was the reason we wanted to explore the places recommended by our friends from the Gayo highlands.
We walked along the lake, which is very crowded especially on weekends. Our goal was to visit a homestay on the edge of the lake. And the distance is not too far from the city center. This homestay is on a lake with a very beautiful natural view. Our goal is, when there is an opportunity to vacation together, we will use this homestay facility. Of course, what is offered is an attraction for us. This is after a conversation with the owner of the homestay, of course. So by first booking or reservation will make us feel comfortable when utilizing the facilities offered. In addition, access to the city center is also very easy.
We also tried to capture the moment of togetherness when we were at this homestay. With the background of the lake and also the green mountains that feel on the side of the lake. And we were satisfied with the explanation and saw firsthand the facilities offered by the homestay management.
