Lifestyle diary || 11 June 2024 || Unboxing Physiotherapy Equipment and Having sandwich

With the name of Allah who is the most beneficent and the most merciful good morning everyone I hope everyone is doing very well.

I'm Mubashara from Pakistan and I'm going to share my diary here.
Today is Tuesday and today is a big day for me because I have ordered a physiotherapy equipment on the saying of my professor because it is a major and basic equipment that I already know how to use that's why I order this from the shop and the partial came yesterday night so today I wake up in the morning and I start unboxing it so let me show you how I and works it and what things are came with it and how to use it.

First of all as you can see this box this is a massage gone basically this that is used on the patients but not everyone can use it because it is use on the particular muscles and the intensity is also kept according to the need. The boxes huge and heavy and first of all I read all the description that is given on the box and after that I open the box.

After that I move to words the other thing that are present in the box.

First of all as you can see there are 4 major heads that can we attach on the gun there is one major Burn it equipment and we have four different modes that can be used on a different parts of body and according to the different needs it also comes with a charger along with so that we can charge it when it's battery is low.

I take out it completely and then on it and a charging is already full in 99 as you can see in the picture and I give it a little trial on myself by using it on my neck and it gives me very good relieve.

After that as usually today is my third year internship so I have to go then I get myself ready at 9:00 a.m. today's little late because on Tuesday the patients are also late and 5 days also short Day for all of us because we have to go on duty from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

I go to the hospital and see as much as a patient I can and after that I am hungry so I go to the cafe and eat as usual my favourite sandwich along with some ketchup. I enjoyed but today in sandwiches a black paper is a little too much and I do not like black people personally but in this sandwich it is equally balance with mayonnaise along with some chicken chunks but today it is a little more so I complain to the managers so that they can take care of it on another time and after that I came home at 1:00 p.m.
