Writing is Art ! It's not a sentence. It has strong concept behind it. when a person try to write something. He is trying to share his thoughts and feelings.

Writing is often seen as a talent, a skill that is either innate or not. However, writing is not necessarily a god-given talent but rather a combination of ability and hard work.
