For me, reading books is because I wanted to stay away from social media. I am unsure of your thoughts, but social media consistently provides us with negative information. However, I finished reading a book a few days ago. The book is written by the famous Japanese thriller writer Kyoko Higashino. And the name of the book is Malice.

Author Introduction:

The famous Japanese thriller writer Kyoko Higashino was born in Waka in 1958. After graduating from university with an engineering degree, he joined an ordinary corporation job. And wrote his first novel After School. And that novel won the most prestigious award in Japanese thriller literature. After that, he quit his job and focused entirely on writing.

Book summary.

The best writer in the country, Kuhiniko Hidaka, was murdered in her home the night before she moved to Canada. Her body was discovered in her home by her wife Rai Hidaka and her childhood friend Osamu Nunoguchi. Initially, the responsibility of investigating this murder fell on Kaga. Kaga recognized Nunoguchi at first sight. Seven years ago, the two of them taught at the same school. After quitting teaching, Kaga later joined the detective service and started writing children's literature with the help of Nunoguchi's friend Hidaka. But why was Kuhiniko Hidaka murdered? Who killed her? The investigation begins.

Kaga could not name anyone as the murderer in the investigation. However, the arrow of suspicion was pointing towards Miyako Fujio. But later it was not known whether she was the murderer or not. But it did not take Kaga long to catch that the murderer was Hidaka's childhood friend Osamu Nunoguchi. However, Nunoguchi had many alibis to prove himself innocent. But none of them worked. Detective Kaga eliminated all the alibis one by one. At one stage, Nunoguchi admitted responsibility for the murder. But he did not want to say why he killed. Even after much persuasion, he did not want to say. That is why Kaga was forced to delve into their past. Kaga started delving into Hidaka and Nunoguchi's school life.

At one stage during his stay in prison, Nunoguchi was diagnosed with liver cancer.For treatment, he was brought to the hospital . After solving everything at one stage, Nunoguchi agrees to tell the reason for the murder. However, Nunoguchi claims in his confession that he was Hidaka's ghostwriter. That is, all the novels that made Hidaka the best writer in the country were written by him. In addition, he had an affair with Hidaka's ex-wife.However, a long time ago, Hidaka's wife passed away in an accident . For these reasons, he killed Hidaka. Even after Nunoguchi's written confession, Detective Kaga starts the investigation. Kaga doesn't see that Nunoguchi lied this time too.You risk losing interest in reading if the book review contains more than this.You risk losing interest in reading the book if you say more than this in the review.
