My Best Diary Game Of The Week: helping my neighbors to fry garri

Hello and warmest greetings to all my fellow steemians colleagues and friends across the globe, most especially the ones in this amazing community, today am so delighted to participate in this Weekly Contest "Best Diary Game Of The Week" which I will be so glad to drop my entry below.

My diary this week all started on 7th November which was on Thursday when I came back from field that evening where I went to play football, I was told that one our neighbor came to look for me, when I got the news my mind told me that may be it because of the garri they are processing they wants me to help them out but I just decided to keep calm first and hear from them before concluding so decided to take my bath since I was sweating after playing football and I decided to visit them to know why they are looking for me, when I got there she was somehow beating around the bush by telling me how her son fell sick when they went to uprooting the cassava earlier that day that she wants me to help her out in the frying process since they have pealed it, grind it into paste, left with the frying process which was supposed to be done the next day that is Friday, after much pleading I decided to absent from work the next day since it was Friday and moreover she had never pleaded with me in such so agree to help her out since it just a day nothing else.

So that Friday I woke very early assive I was preparing for a journey and brushed my teeth, did some house chores including sweeping the compound and trashing the the refuse properly after that i prepared some noodles which I ate before resting for a while for the food to digest properly before moving to their house so that we can go to the place they are frying the garri together.

On getting to their house they are all prepared and waiting for me, without much hesitation we started going when we got to the place we met different people who as well came to fry their own garri and the place was noisy and somehow fun because of the amount of people there.

When I asked were is the garri they told me it still in presser so started by removing the garri from the presser which helps to dried out the water from the cassava paste so as to be easy to sieve and fry, after removing it they started sieving out the chalves from it then some minutes later we light up fire under a round pot we called Agbada and i started frying the garri.

Frying it doesn't require too much stress and time but that day own in particular was hard because of the smoke coming out from the firewood which is not well dried and it causing a lot of smoke which makes the frying very difficult and stressful at the same time but thank God at last we succeed in frying it all at the end.

I have come to the end point of this amazing weekly contest which I will start by appreciating the leadership of this community for the privilege given to share our different diaries and also I will be inviting my fellow steemian @josepha @solperez @emishael60 to take part in this contest
