Warm greetings and congratulations to all the admins, moderators and community users. Contest Season 10 organized by @artist1111 sir in Steem for Pakistan community -: Share Your Food diaries, Reviews, and Adventures! Today I will share the food diary of Thursday on 16-01-25 in the competition.
I woke up early on Thursday morning and said my morning prayers. After finishing the prayers, I checked the Steam notifications for some time. I upvoted and commented on some new posts in the community. Then I went to the kitchen to prepare a light breakfast. My sons have school at 8 am so I made boiled eggs, some dates, bread and ginger tea for my sons as a light breakfast. Boiled eggs for breakfast are very beneficial for children's brains. I make ginger tea every morning for all my family. Ginger tea is very beneficial for health. After breakfast, I got my kids ready for school. Then I left for school with the kids.

The school is just a 10-minute walk from my house. After reaching school, I left my kids in their class and waited outside the school. After waiting for two hours, the kids got out of school. I returned home with the kids. After returning from school, the kids were feeling hungry.

After returning home, I refreshed myself and gave the kids bananas to eat. In the world, bananas are among the most popular fruits. Due to its availability, nutritional value, and deliciousness, bananas have found a place in our daily diet. The various nutrients in bananas support various functions of our body and are essential for a healthy life.
I refreshed myself had a light breakfast and went to the kitchen to cook lunch. Today, for lunch, I cooked a vegetable curry with cabbage, potatoes, carrots, and a delicious Tengra fish broth with coriander and tomatoes.

We Bengalis love to eat fish a little more. With such delicious fish broth, rice can be eaten in a heartbeat. After finishing the lunch preparations, I took a bath, then offered Zuhr prayers and finished lunch with the whole family. After lunch, I rested for some time.
After resting for an hour, I got up in the afternoon to freshen up and offer Asr prayers. After offering prayers, I walked outside for some time. Walking in the afternoon is very beneficial for our health, it keeps our mind and body fresh. While walking outside, I noticed that some corn has been cultivated in the space next to my house. Small corn can be seen on the corn plants.

My sons are playing outside in the afternoon. When the children's sports are over, I returned home with them. After returning home, I freshened up and prepared a light breakfast for them. My boys like to eat noodles for their afternoon snack.That's why I made their favorite noodles.

In the evening, when the Maghrib call to prayer came, I prayed the Maghrib prayer. After the Maghrib prayer, I sat down to teach my children. I helped my children complete their school homework. After teaching them for two hours, I arranged dinner. Today, I cooked chicken for dinner.

My boys love eating chicken. After finishing dinner at night, before putting the children to bed, I gave my children Horlicks milk. Before going to bed at night, I made the children brush their teeth.
