The Diary Game || better life || weight loss challenge day 4
Assalamu alaikum
This is my day for of my weight loss journey and I am consistent please following all the tips which is shared by my nutritionist and the one thing that I was lack I have started the hair fall problem and then I contact with her and then she recommended some supplementary like zinc supplementary and some other I will share with you guys a pictures.
She also give me one app and through that app I can trace how much calorie I was burning in a day and it was around here 400 kilo calories where as I was taking more than 2000 calories per day that was a big amount and that's why the all the stuff was stored in my belly. Just wanted to take less calories is just about how much calorie you are burning and how much you are taking I think you should take at least twice of the calories what your using.
This was my breakfast reach include protein and good amount of carbohydrate and along with that a good amount of dairy intake and this was actually one of the most fscnating thing to follow and I am consistently following all that keeps and I am also taking supplements and most of the time the supplement I am taking half hour later whatever I eat and I also try to take a snap but I don't have time to bring the snack with me.
This is my protein rich meal I am taking a good amount of protein and fastly I really don't know about what is my daily intake of the protein and chicken I take very seldom in my diet and one I came to know that she can is really important for your skin for your nail for your hair so I thought taking the protein as chicken as beef 🍖 🍖 now my skin is also start refreshing and it looks good I am taking good amount of water along almost you can take to three litres of water in a day and that keep you healthy ❣️ ❣️ ❣️ ❣️ ❣️ ❣️.

Your diary game is nice which you shared with us. I like the remedie which you shared with us it is really affected. I also believed on herbal remedie for our skin care and hair fall.
I feel so good whenever i see someone taking care of themselves. It is indeed difficult to control the diet, i always get temptations of eating junk and end up regretting.
