Greetings friends of Steemit and Steem For Pakistan
I would like to thank @sahar78 for giving us opportunity to participate in the weekly contests Sharing my general knowledge
Olive oil contains roughly 14.3mg of vitamin E per 100g serving. Based upon a 2,000 calorie diet, 14.3mg represents 72% of the daily value of vitamin E for a 20 mg recommended daily intake. A cup of olive oil will generally have 31.0mg of vitamin E, or 155% of the daily value of vitamin E. It should be recognized that the daily recommended intake of vitamin E depends upon an individual's age, gender and personal circumstances and a medical expert should be consulted to determine ones personal daily values and needs. Vitamin E is an important vitamin that may have the potential to provide for a number of positive health benefits. These positive health benefits may include the potential to provide positive benefits for eye health and assist with reducing bad LDL cholesterol in the body.
Oranges contain a number of important vitamins and minerals, including: vitamin C, vitamin A, vitamin B5 and vitamin B6. It should also be mentioned that oranges are a good source of dietary fiber. It also contains folate, Magnesium and Calcium & thiamine.
Berries might be the best example of how good things come in small packages beyond their tangy sweetness. Berries offer a wealth of health benefits Dietitians say that includes protection for your heart that could be due to the reduction in arterial stiffness and blood pressure. A half a cup is a serving of blueberries they don't require any slicing or peeling you can just pop them in your mouth for the benefits. Blueberries also have some vitamin c dietary fiber and natural sweetness that makes blueberries a boost for physical and mental health.
