I bring special greetings to my follow steemian. It's indeed a wonderful day with its blessings. I'm so happy in my entry of this contest. Firstly, I will like to appreciate Steem For Pakistan for suggesting this interestingly contest titled What do you prefer to do in your leisure time? which inspired me to expantiate in my own opinion, so without any further ado let's get started.

🌸 Reading a book or listening to music?

Actually I love to engage in the two options above but for the sake of this contest I like listening to music mostly.

Listening to music during leisure is helpful in order to contribute positively to our mental health growth. Spending quality time listening to good music make me happy and I often feel regain whenever I'm listening good music during leisure.

Moreover, listening or playing music is a vital tool, it helps to provides a total brain workout as much as reducing anxiety, improve ones mood to feel happy, help to erdicate pains that could be cause from place of work and as well as help in reducing blood pressure.

During leisure I enjoy spending time playing music especially gospel music which aim at praising God almighty who is the author and finisher of faith, who deserves all the honor and adorations. I so much love listening to gospel music because it inspired my spirit to praise God the more.

🌸 Social media, using Instagram or Facebook?

I love engaging on social media so much, infact I can't stay a day without accessing the social media. I have been addicted to it, as listening to music. In the case of choosing between Instagram and facebook networking social media.

I love using Facebook and it's not because it is the most recommendable social media platforms, but because Facebook consume less data than Instagram and also I enjoy spending quality time getting in touch with my friends, family and loved ones.

Most especially viewing their lovely status, commenting and liking on their pictures and even reading news. All this processes makes me happy and equally contribute to a standard of living well. I also make friends on Facebook globally and get to know my friends country, State, environment evolution and how they are coping with in their day to day living.

I delight in engaging on Facebook because it helps me a lot in reducing stress and anxiety after much working days. And it is most recommendable to be engaging in social media during leisure to be informed of what is happening around and getting in touch with friends, family and loved ones.

🌸 A movie Night with friends or family? why?

Since I'm alone and my family members are not with me I can say, a movie with friends is the most recommendable and that is what I love doing. Most time during leisure I spent quality time with my friends watching movies.

As it's most remmendable that spending time with friends playing, laughing, engaging in activities helps to get rid of worrying depression, tiredness and much more even helps to reduce, blood pressure and some symptoms of disease such as cancel.

I prefer to keep a pet in my home and If I should choose between cat and dog, I would like to keep dog instead of cat because dog is more smarter and harsher than cat. Dog can strive to go in any length to make sure people get scared through vibrating and make sign of hurting someone.

The reason I equally prefer dog to cat is that dog are friendly and they likes human patching their body. To be sincere we dog lovers know that life is better with a dog and that knowledge is based on a feeling, spending time with dogs does wonders for your well-being and it enhance that perfect joy that you have a pet to play with during leisure.
