UNICEF has issued a dire warning that all remaining residents in northern Gaza, especially children, face an immediate risk of death due to disease, starvation, and relentless bombings.

Despite heavy violence, over 58,000 children were vaccinated against polio in an emergency campaign led by UNICEF and the WHO, though further efforts are hindered by ongoing conflict and restricted access.

The humanitarian crisis is compounded by severe food shortages and unsafe living conditions, as many children endure stress and malnutrition, lacking even basic essentials like clean water.
