Good morning steemians

It's been a while with me here. I got into a situation i couldn't control and it affected my activeness here. I'm glad I'm back to participate in this amazing platform

It's an amazing day for me. A day i have been anticipating to become a corper and not a prospective corp member.

As it is demanded by all graduates in Nigerian institutions and it's citizens beyond.

Yesterday, i made my way to Obubra orientation camp where i was posted to serve.

This morning, I woke up around past 3 and had my bath. As a custom here, once you heard the sound of the bigle, you are to move down to the parade ground with immediate effect. I had to wake up on time and had my bath. I got dressed up and by 5 am, we moved to the devotion ground for morning devotion.

After the devotion, we had our morning drills and after we had our breakfast. By 10 am, we started our swearing in ceremony.

We were fortunate to have some members of the government house of Cross River State coem around and the swearing in ceremony was conducted.

It was not easy standing for hours but it was something one can't run away from. It was also a memorable event and another time to associate with people from different tribe and race.

After the swearing in ceremony, we had a little rest before we took our lunch.

We finally returned for parade and we had a lovely moment doing parade in our various platoons.

After the parade, we had our dinner and get set for our social night.

My day was so nice and i enjoyed each moment I'm spending in Obubra camp.

I'm finally a corper and I'm grateful to God.
