Assalamualaikum everyone,
Hope everyone is very well by the grace of Almighty Allah. Alhamdulillah I am also well and healthy. This is my another weekly report as a moderator of Steem for Pakistan community.From 02/11/2023 to 08/11/2023 I have conducted my weekly activities in the community. I am delighted to be a part of the Steem For Pakistan community. I am very happy to work with my team and I'm here today to share my weekly summary of the work I've accomplished with my team and members of my community.

My weekly activities as a Moderator of Steem For Pakistan Community.

While working as a community moderator we are given certain responsibilities like checking posts, maintaining good environment and rules in the community, detecting abuse and taking appropriate action, user verification in the community, maintaining image with all users etc. The format I use when reviewing user posts is:

This week I covered 16 posts and all the posts were good . Today, I saw many user don’t maintain their voting CSI so I inspired and I encouraged and reminded them about this matter.I have seen many who do not belong to the club and I invited them to join the club. I also try to fix others problem of user which I find in their post. When I go to the user's post review I follow the following processes and check each post:

• I used steemworld.org and steemcryptic tool to check the club status of their posts.

• I used duplichecker and smallseotools to check plagiarism of user posts.

• I also ensured that every user has complete their achievement-1 and every post is #steemexclusive.

• I also checked if anyone has started Bit bots services or others services.

• I also check if any article is created by AI bot or not, so I use Chatgpt-2 detector and [Zerogpt detector](https:/ /www.zerogpt.com/) for check.

• And I encouraged those whose voting CSI is less than 5 to vote on other's posts and directed those whose voting power is below 80.

• Those who are not verified in our community I invite them for verified in our community and give them level. Here is the link for the verification.

Currently I have 14,045.93 steem power and out of that 11,543.39 SP is my effective steem which I use to support all users who post quality content regularly. Currently my voting CSI is 16.7 ( 0.00 % self, 181 upvotes, 92 accounts, last 7d ) make proper use of my voting power and I never let my voting power fall below 80%. And on the other hand I as a user always try to help other users. I help my steemit friends on Discord about various things that I know.

This week I announced my last week contest which main topic was [ Burnsteem25 Campaign Season - 04 || The Dairy Game.] Many user participated in the contest. After the end of this contest I announced the result and already every winner's received their respective prize.

Besides, I always keep myself active by posting regularly, increasing engagement with others user and encouraging users to vote on their IDs. This week I made total 13 post and I always participate in every seasons engagement challenge and also different community contest. Theses are my current engagement challenge post and now the third week of SEC season-13 is running.
