One Picture And One Story Week #55 : Humans and Nature
We the humans feel that we are the owner of everything on earth and everything belongs to us. We the humans feel that we don’t owe other creatures anything living on this earth who are as important as we are.
The earth, which gives us everything we need for our existence, provides space for plants, animals, fish, water, birds, trees, mountains, soil, and even insects. The earth provides the plants, animals, birds, and sea creatures and gives them lives to feed, while the trees, plants, and soil provide us with shelter, warmth, and a way to grow some of our food. We should know that even insects help us grow pollinated plants and are useful for human beings.
Water, a vital part of all life on Earth, has been abundant and fresh for centuries for all creatures that need the life-giving substance. But the humans feel they have the right to cut trees for their vested interests, as they feel they own the world.
Everyone is trying to look after their own interests, but they never think about the Earth. I wish they knew that without plants, humans and animals, and even insects, would not survive.
However, if none of our natural relatives were on Earth, we would not be able to survive because we need every single one of them. We depend on them for our lives, and yet not everyone in creation needs us at all.
This delicate situation is revealing itself acutely as scientists and environmentalists are beginning to sound the alarm on the climate crisis and how we are busy destroying the environment.

We, humans, try to save the earth by using only what is most necessary to make our lives comfortable and not try to take unnecessary advantage to save the ecosystem. During the CORONA, we have seen that when humans were not able to disturb nature, nature was safer and felt better. We could see the distant mountains and trees were looking better.
We should know the earth has been overstressed for decades, so we must balance ourselves in our social aspects towards nature for the sake of our future generations and the welfare of our family at the present moment. We should think about our community and this universe for its survival.
Do we even know this earth provides us with everything with the help of natural assets, and if we use them without thinking rationally, there will be nothing left? There will be no air and water that we need to survive if we cut down all the trees, blast all the mountains, and feel as if we have nothing to think about in the future but live in the present.
We humans are damaging our forests for our selfish benefit. We should know our forests are important because they provide oxygen and wood, which are our lifeline.

For her post:
Achievement-1 : My Introduction Post [27/09/2024]
You're absolutely right, but we still want to turn a blind eye to this reality. And if we're honest with ourselves, we're unknowingly paving the way for our own downfall.
Thank you so much for your wise words!

Very true ✅. Thanks for adding me as a beneficiary 🙏
Water is really a vital part of the earth and most times I always wonder how will our world look like without water
You have mentioned a very useful post here and I really enjoyed your post here you have mentioned some very important things especially while doing this we did not disturb the environment much and because of that the environment was much healthier and much more beautiful than we were. Noticed your words stuck in my mind and really liked what we were seeing when we were staying during the corona and how beautifully they grew
