I am from the Himalayan region, but I have lived close to the seashore for years. I have experienced watching the sunset and sunrise while sitting in the open air and found it as a most mesmerizing sight. I guess everyone has the time to do so these days. The fun of watching the sunset is altogether different when you are sitting by the sea.

The peace that comes from sitting near the sea waves and listening to the sound of the waves is something that pleases your heart and gives you a different feeling. It is a pleasure to find peace at such times sitting by the sea, especially finding a secluded spot, and watching time go by slowly can be very peaceful. One should take some time for oneself to get some peace from the daily routine.

Ah, the sea; who wouldn’t want to spend time by the beautiful sea? Many people on the beach live a content life. But I envy none of them, as we can’t love anything more than endless sunrises and sunsets on the beach. I have spent hundreds of mornings and evenings sitting at the beaches in India and abroad.

I have always felt a special connection with the ocean, and every time I feel the sand between my toes, I feel the stress and anxiety melt away from my body.

If you ever feel tired or dissatisfied with your current life, or you want less stress and more happiness, maybe the beach is right for you too. The ocean covers a large part of our planet, and it is truly an awe-inspiring sight of nature.

From soft sandy beaches to incredibly deep waters in the middle of the ocean, it is easy to be impressed by the endless waves and water. I still remember the time I first laid eyes on the Goa coastline. After growing up surrounded by Himalayan lakes, I was so thrilled to finally get the chance to see the ocean that everyone talks about.

As the sun dipped in the sky, I ran towards the waves, enjoying the scent and relaxing sound of every sea breeze. I lived around Goa for six years, and my love for the sea has only grown over time. I appreciate every opportunity I get to spend a day soaking in the sun and walking in the waves.

There is nothing better than sitting by the sea on a summer evening. Summers are brutal in the city, but in the evening the interplay of different pressures on the sea and land makes everything all right. The evening breeze blows when the land cools down while the water is still warm, and the resulting breeze blows towards the sea. It is a different experience when you sit on a beach, and the cool breeze touches your face, your bare legs, and your back, and you watch beautiful people sitting around you.

Like many others, I wholeheartedly believe that the sea and its natural, unspoiled beauty can do wonders for everyone’s well-being. Being surrounded by nature is good for your soul and spirit. Just imagine taking a relaxing trip from the shore to the shop, school, church, or even your workplace. It would definitely be better than sitting in congested city traffic for hours.

Most beach communities enjoy a slower pace of life than crowded cities and metropolitan hotspots. These natural surroundings are unparalleled. Whether you want to pursue water activities or just looking forward to long walks on the beach, the natural beauty of the ocean will satisfy your desires!

I can’t think of anything better than a day spent swimming and sunbathing, followed by a lovely walk along the beach. Life at the beach is one of the best ways to rekindle your relationship with Mother Nature and our beautiful planet Earth. You’ll feel compelled to spend more time outdoors and in the fresh air instead of working indoors or sitting in front of the TV.

I have no doubt that living by the sea offers mental, physical, and emotional health benefits; I believe this is especially true when it comes to physical fitness. When you work out, you naturally feel good. You may feel sore and tired for a while, but you also feel proud of completing a fitness challenge or moving toward your goal.

Life at the beach offers countless opportunities for fitness and fun. Once you've been to the beach, it's easy to see how people get their beach bodies: they exercise outside, in the fresh, and beautiful ocean surroundings.

The sounds of the beach are a wonderful symphony of wind whistling, waves crashing, and birds chirping. The open sky, which is always changing, invites you to watch the clouds. The ocean enchants me more than ever each time I walk or sit on a beach.

I thought you would show the sunrise and sunset. I don't agree everyone can see that daily. I can see the sunrise but not the sunset (too many trees or buildings) and with a low sun it is covered. Just like it can be covered by days, weeks of grey and fog.

If it comes to the sea fir sure the air is more healthy it's where the sanatoria were built (also in the mountains which is healthy as well and sportmen go - natural dope).

Body beaches you will not find if you visit the beaches in my country not even during the New Year's dive on January 1st (no matter how cold it is).
Body beaches are more typical for better weather countries and part of a certain health 'fanatic' or sport culture. Not Europe.

I always wondered if living near a beach would make people use/visit it more but I doubt it unless you are jobless and the weather is always great.

Thanks for sharing all the blue.

♥️🍀

Ps my youngest 2 saw the sea only 3 times in their lives (Malta, Tunesia and Scheveningen beach by stormy weather). Three times in an average of 20 years.

I don't agree everyone can see that daily.
Probably I am an exception because I am fond of both and I promise I will show you both in the coming weeks as I am fond of walking during mornings and evenings.I guess age is not the only reason but I have been doing this since very young age.

As far as body beaches, I know Europe is different but Australia and India are just the opposite. By the way, In India jobless can't afford to visit beaches unless they have saved enough or Australians keep their motorboats hooked to their cars, scuba gear in the boot, and drive to the far-flung beaches in their swimsuits. Cheers.

Australians seem to live in paradise. With us the poor cannot visit the beach either. Public transport is expensive and it might take hours to arrive. Next to that everything you buy is expensive as well.

And to add to the fun, Australian transport makes traveling almost free within cities during weekends. They do it to reduce pollution which is already at its lowest but we take full advantage of that. I will be back there in a month or two and enjoy the Australian summers. Have a great day!

That is a great iniative. But if it comes to pollution too many tricks are used to make the measurements reliable. Where people are, people consume = pollution.

Lucky you. The only thing I know about Australua is "The flying doctors" (loved that series) plus a strange news item about a hungarian recipe (restaurant?) serving gulash made of kangaroo. ☹️

I have never heard of people eating Kangaroos in Australia because the aboriginal people of Australia adore them. I have been In Australia since 2011 and experienced pollution once when the great bushfire happened in 2019. I could see 100s of them sitting around our Canberra house but no one ever harmed them. I read that millions of animals were burnt alive and it took more than a year to control fire.e

One year to control a fire.. That is hard work.

The 2019-20 fires burned with unprecedented intensity through a total of 24 million hectares (59 million acres), an area the size of the U.K., and killed or displaced up to 1.5 billion animals, according to research published in 2021.

It's fine to sit on the beach, but don't stare at the foreigners who are enjoying the sun.

I appreciate your eyesight for gauging my intention. But let me tell you this beach is full of foreigners and despite my best efforts not to cover totally undressed foreigners I could not avoid these few with scantly dressed beach lovers 😄.

This is beautiful. I love going to the beach to watch others swimming, since I don't know how to swim as I am scared of water. Thanks for the invite and good luck to you.
