Mango is considered the king of fruits. There are many varieties of mango. Different mangoes are considered king in different places, like - in our India, Dussehri mango is considered king in Uttar Pradesh. Alphonso mango is considered king in Mumbai.
Banganpalli mango is more liked in Bangalore.
Mango is considered the national fruit of India. Mango originated in Indo Burma. Ripe mango is sweet to eat, if eaten raw it is very sour. It is also used to make chutney.
Many nutrients like vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium, fiber, folate, iron, zinc are found in mango. Antioxidants present in mango help in preventing colon cancer, leukemia and prostate cancer.
Vitamin A present in mango helps in keeping the eyes clean. Eating mango removes the problem of blood pressure.
Eating ripe mango strengthens immunity. Mango has a hot nature, so eating too many mangoes can increase the heat in the body and can cause acne. Eating too sweet mangoes can also increase the problem of sugar.
Many types of recipes can be prepared from mango, in summer many sweet recipes like Mango Mastani, Mango Shake, Mango Ice Cream, Mango Pudding and aampapad are prepared from sweet mango.
Haji Kali Mulla Khan is known as Mango Man. He is an Indian horticulturist and fruit breeder. He is known for growing more than 300 different types of mangoes on a single tree using grafting technique.

Although Carabao mango is considered to be the sweetest fruit in the world, it is also known as Filipino Mango and Manila Mango.

But figs and dates are also one of the sweetest fruits, they also have natural sweetness and also contain many types of nutrients.
And the Timla fruit found in the mountains of Uttarakhand is also very sweet, it also contains many nutrients like fiber, carbohydrates, protein, vitamin A and B, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium.
your favorite fruits
Mango and guava are my favorite fruits. We get mango only in summer, it is a seasonal fruit. We get guava in both summer and winter seasons. Guava is sweeter in winter than guava in summer.
Guava contains vitamin A which is beneficial for the eyes. It improves eyesight.
Guava has a high fiber content which helps in digestion and removes the problem of constipation.
Guava contains magnesium which strengthens the muscles and gives relief from joint pain. Eating guava increases immunity and keeps the blood sugar level under control.
But I like mango more than guava because "Mango is the sweetest fruit in the world."
