I always observe carefully when doing even the smallest things. I like to choose, even though sometimes I'm wrong. But at least I've tried my best.
And this includes choosing food. Determining the menu, and creating a good theme to ensure a harmonious atmosphere, and that happens when I'm enjoying food with my family.
Yes.. I like to relax, especially lately I like to show something like taking pictures and taking pictures. It looks very interesting to me.
Look at the fried fish in the picture. It looks simple, but I can give details of each fish. The three fish on the plate show that I only have three family members by my side. Myself, my wife, and my daughter.
And try to notice, one fish looks smaller, it's a symbol for my little girl. Haha, this may sound funny, but once again I like to express myself and I enjoy doing it.
I like to enjoy fish that is still warm, I mean fish that has just been fried. I'm even happier if I can do it myself. In my opinion, eating warm fish will give more satisfaction than enjoying cold fried fish.
And I also like to make a beautiful display before enjoying food. And it will help increase appetite twice as much. I agree with the opinion that says that appetite starts from the eyes, not from the tongue.
However, enjoying fried fish separately is not my habit. I always provide white rice, chili sauce and gravy. We have a culture of lunch with a plate of white rice, fish dishes and any kind of gravy.
It's not just about cooking and food, but more than that.. Culture and tradition.. And the most important thing is gratitude, whatever we enjoy today is a gift and blessing from Allah SWT.
