A young Nigerian graduate was in search for a job of which he finally found. This job promised to pay him 25k which 86 steems plus per month. By 7Am, he should be in the office. He was working under a Boss and don't have his space. When insulted or scolded, he remained calm so he won't get fired.

On the other hand, his friend used a certain amount of money and invited in a good business. He is his own BOSS. No one orders him around and he can decide not to open his business that day. He makes nothing less than 100k on a daily basis whereas his friend is waiting to be paid 25% of what his friend earns in a day at month end.

What does this tells you? It brings about the subjects Jobs or Business. Come to think of it, Is there any potential difference between jobbers and business runners?. I

How do you manage your monthly budget in a job or Business?

I'm a student though and don't have any physical job or business actively. But I can offer suggestions or clues that can help. When I was running my mum's chemist shop although I wasn't handling finances, I was exposed to learn how to manage monthly budget to avoid running losses or miscalculation.

There's something we need to understand in this realm. Life is a mystery. Everything in it are mysteries. Before you can be able to manage any fund, you must become a reserving system (capacitor). Both jobbers and business men spend money recklessly on ostentatious materials as a result of not becoming a reserving system.

Let me tell you, the reason why most wealthiest men are becoming independently financially buoyant than the other is because, they have become a reserve system; so irrespective of the millions and billions that comes into their pocket, there's a 3 by 3 division that takes place.

From this morals, you can manage your monthly budget (job or Business) by applying the law of 3 by 3 division. For instance, let's assume, 250,000 naira comes into your account. You divide it into 3 places, that will be 83,333 naira each. With this application, any kind of budgets can be managed, and not having a second-thought.

Skill or Education what is important for getting a handsome Job or running a successful business?

To get an handsome job, you need to be Educated. But to run a successful businesses, you need a Skill. In facts, the most outstanding companies in the world today are owned by skillful people. Majority of them were not even educated when they started gaining popularity.

From the question above, Education is more important than skill. Education is a setting where both the practical aspect of knowledge and the theoretical are been impacted. Imaging someone reading for nursing, and person is educated, the person can actually fit into any medical job within and across the globe. But skill can't really give you such a hope as you're not certified or probably you learn from someone.

When it comes to running a successful business, education is not really the major. It's the skill you have that would make you successful. Let's assume you have this marketing skills in you. You can reach a large number of audience. These skills may not be taught in school. It's learned anytime and anywhere.

Do you want to become a Boss or A Successful Businessman ?

I want to become a Successful Businessman. I can't be Busy Working over Someone's Success (Boss). That's the full meaning of Boss. You're ordered around, scolded, forced to work or won't get paid, you're not paid in time all because you're working under or for someone. I would love to be my own Boss and rather have have people under me who'll work for me so I'll have my space and time.

Just imagine Mark Zuckerberg, he works smartly. He isn't working under or for anyone. He is his own Boss, having people under him instead. Most at times, being a Boss of your own comes with huge responsibilities and decisions. In cases like this, i'll choose to be a successful business man though.

Successful story of your preference Job or Business?

I'm pushed to work hard on becoming my real purpose each time I listen to Ben Carson storyline. Education is the key to everything. But most times, it's not always so as most millionaires and billionaires today aren't educated people. I can recall a graduate who didn't have a job of his own but was still searching. In his search for a job, some steemians met him and offered to sign him up on steemit after telling him about the platform.

After having much doubts and pressure, he joined but stopped along the way. He was encouraged on a daily basis and was even forced to write. In no time, the jobless man that was forced to create content on steemit is now a reputable member of this platform. See someone that was jobless is now an independent man financially. He doesn't need any form of job again.

In life, we have two ways of succeeding. It's either we choose to work hard or work smart. In all, everything lies on us. I invite @basil20, @patjewell and @joshwolfman

Greetings dear friend 👋
Such an amazing story that you have shared with us of two different people one is owning his own business and the other one is doing a job. Yes it is true that there is a huge difference between the job and own business. The business give us a Sharp progress and a lot of Money where the job give us some specific salary. So owning a business would be a right choice according to me 😃 best regards 💕

As a student, you may not have a physical job or business yet, but you can still offer helpful suggestions. Your experience at your mom's chemist shop taught you the importance of managing a monthly budget to avoid losses or miscalculations. And you're absolutely right, life is full of mysteries.

To handle funds wisely, it's like being a "reserving system" or a capacitor. Some people spend money recklessly on flashy things because they haven't become a reserving system. The wealthiest folks become financially independent by being a reserve system, dividing their money wisely. It's all about managing and saving smartly.

Hi @bossj23, I loved your post with your examples and lyrics.

Definitely, being an entrepreneur is better than being an employee, where they don't value the work you do, being the reward, nagging and bad treatment.

I hope and wish that you achieve more than what you have for now and at the end of your studies or before, you can start with your entrepreneurship.

Greetings and blessings.

The 3 by 3 division is something I plan to put into practice, it's seem reasonable enough to be fair. I also agree with working smart. I would like to hard that regardless of working hard or smart, what makes the difference is consistency, an area I've been lacking for a while but that's about ti change.
