Bitter gourd is rich in which vitamins?
Bitter gourd is a vegetable food, this vegetable food is not liked by many people, because gourd is a bitter vegetable. But among my favorite vegetables, gourd is my favorite vegetable. I like to make bharta with bitter gourd in my house sometimes. My daughter doesn't like to eat curry much, but eats it fried well in oil. But there are several varieties. Chinese bitter gourd is a bit pale but tastes great although we can't afford it. And the type of gourd that we see in the market is a small size one, this one is not big, and another one is a long white type. All the vitamins we get in fresh bitter gourd are, A, B. C. E,I.

Ladyfingers are rich in which vitamins?
Ladyfinger is one of the most popular vegetables, but it is not available in all seasons. Now this vegetable is not available in the market. I have not seen this vegetable in the market till last one month. When I see this vegetable in the market, I buy this vegetable first. This type of vegetable is my favorite at home. Not just in my house. This type of vegetable is a favorite vegetable of every family. Ladyfinger is my daughter's favorite vegetable. This vegetable can be cooked in several ways. For example: bharta can be eaten, bhaji and jhol can be cooked and eaten. Ladyfinger contains vitamins A, B, C, calcium and zinc. Following is the amount of vitamins in 100 grams of lady's finger:

Vitamin-B1- 0.2 mg

Pistachio are rich in which vitamins?
Pistachios contain some significant vitamins that are very important for the human body. These vitamins are minerals. And all the vitamins are: potassium, phosphorus, calcium, magnesium and vitamin A. BC and Vitamin B12 etc. But I don't eat pistachio much, this is a very expensive food, so I don't buy it.
